Fm player missing registered ports
Occasionally I get the message "Fm player missing registered ports" in AB 3 when trying to connect a midi keyboard to it (although the midi keyboard still works). When I don’t get that message it gets stuck on "launching", forever! As a result of all this I can’t state-save in FM. Help!

Hi @analog_matt, yes, it’s an issue that appeared with the second-to-latest update, the one with the new presets. Background audio is on. No need to apologize - thank you so much for the free app! It sounds fantastic!

I’ve just reproduced this (latest versions of everything, iPad Pro), I think the issue is the app is asking for a App Store rating in a dialog box on launch (5 Stars, obviously).
If you open it standalone and click past the dialog it loads up fine in AB and the port error disappears.
This is based on all of 5 minutes testing tho ...
(After further testing) Nope, just a coincidence with the dialog box. I can get the port error quite often though. Seems a little better if launched standalone first.
@TheVimFuego launching standalone fixed it for me, at least the two times I tried it, so thanks for that! I could have sworn that I’d tried that already, but maybe I was only dreaming....

Am I being an idiot or is there no amp envelope? specifically a 'release' param? Couldn't find one. Not going to complain about it on a free synth, just wanna make sure I'm not missing something obvious

Attack/Release is planned for a future update. And/or a full ADSR for a 'pro' version.

The update is live (1.0.5). I think I tracked down what was causing the Port issues. However, please let me know if it is still happening for you. Thanks for reporting these issues- we are still improving FM Player. Thank you!
