rarely, but once in awhile, on the iPad at least, it looks like I have to buy an app I’ve already downloaded or purchased. If so I hit the “buy” button, but when the “confirm purchase” screen comes up, I hit the X to close the box and cancel, this almost always fixes the issue and shows the download cloud image instead of a monetary value. Hopefully it will work on Mac too. Cheers.
Does anybody have the Brian Eno patches, by any chance? The original host site is no longer online. I would love to get a chance to use them.
You can find them (in 2 versions - don't ask me the differences 😜) on gearspace.com. 😉

Thank you! And thanks @Gratouilli too
hi, is it possible to send real time changes from Dixie to Volca FM (1.09 firmware) like here with dexed?
I don't think so. Dixie can load SysEx files, but it does not send or receive MIDI SysEx messages. You can control it via MIDI, but it does not send any MIDI messages.
It‘s probably a typo, and should read Volca instead of Dixie.
Dixie works perfectly with sysex as a live controller for a real DX, but the Volca is unlikely to have that feature.
ps: Dexed as an open source software may contain a Volca specific control module.
I've sent sysex to and from KQ Dixie many times.
There’s a few Mozaic scripts designed for doing things with Sysex and KQ.
I made a crazy step sequencer with mosaic especially for Dixie, needs some refactoring to make it a bit less crazy, though I was gutted when I discovered my Volca FM went up to the task of receiving the same sysex…
I almost mentioned you by name cause I remember you created a few Mozaic scripts with Dixie and sysex stuff. Glad you chimed in.

They’re all there, no guarantees no money back 😜
Lol. Cheers.
Oh man! Gotta try these scripts! Thanks
They’re a lot of fun, though they could do with a bit of loving/polish etc as I’m a messy messy person 😂

Even though I love the sequencer the most, this one has an anarchic streak that pleases me greatly
so i just tested it and it works as is! dixie -> volca fm . Any parameter change will apply to patch in Volca . Volca needs to have 1.09 firmware though
Is that sequencer you mean? I’m not sure I’ve got that firmware installed but I will if it works…
I don't know what you mean by the sequencer? You can actually change any parameter on selected program (envelopes,feedback,levels..)
Sorry, I missed your earlier post so misunderstood, I see what you mean now
KQ Dixie and Surge XT just became two of my favorite new synths. Both are just fantastic.
no problem. hope it works for you
I'm trying to work out how to import/load a .sysex file into KQ Dixie, but I can't find a way. Can anyone point me to the right way to do this, or a PDF manual for Dixie?
Use the KQ Dixie folder on iCloud Drive (or on my iPad in case iCloud Drive is disabled).
You can put *.zip file there that you can then browse in the cart menu in KQ Dixie.
The manual is here...

Thanks @Samu 🙏🏼
They've gone… I wish I could find them.
I sent you a dm with a link (I think anyway)
Not sure if it is all of them, but this site has downloads:

Old skool
Thanks @michael_m and @Krupa for your help.
