It is a recurring phenomenon that other people playing at patches I myself also have sound far better than when I fiddle about with them (and this is not even to do with the playing, just how they sound). Perhaps listening properly rather than having the finger on the buzzer just to get onto the next patch helps me appreciate them more.
Yep, sounds better to me listening back than when playing, don't hear it exactly same way, is odd

Good review. Great synth and glad that I bought the whole thing. So many possibilities!
Super nice! Is there a simple way to be able to split the mini controller to control Syntronik Bass section and the melody section with just say a small 25 or 32 Key controller?
The multis let you set whatever key splits you want on up to 4 synths so it is pretty easy to set how you want. Even on 1 instrument you can set a key range for arpegiator so for example lower key range plays arp while upper range plays lead with the same sound
