iconnectaudio4+ and ios 11
Can someone do a video that uses two iPads routing audio from one to another. ow well does it work with ios 11. Hod well does it work recording from one to another. Maybe the TheAudioDabbler has two device. Any help before I buy one would be much appreciated. I want to have BeatMaker 3 on one ipad pro and auria or cubasis on the other. Im use to multe screen when making music so this would be the ultimate for me. Also does the iconnectaudio work with Native instruments maschine studio as far as midi from mac or pc to ipad

no idea about the latter, but I can assure you the iCA4+ works flawless providing midi notes and control to my Pro Tools TDM on a PowerMac under MacOS 9 - really great.
(of course I can also route 2 audio channels between the systems)
There is a significant amount of latency on full audio roundtrips - (natural) and no affair live, but when recording the returned signal latency should be compensated manually.
With 2 iPads in use the 2nd one needs a CCK
There's only 1 special (expensive) charging cable included, another one may be worth considering for extended double IOS use.
A CCK connected iPad is identified as a Mac/PC device, NOT as IOS.
For simplicity both ports can be set to Mac/PC and IOS simultanously (never had a problem with that) but there may be setups where it's better to assign each OS to it's dedicated port. At least there are 2 buttons.
sorry, no experience with version 11 yet
