another update

I don't have this app but from what it looks like it doesn't look like they are addressing priorities... what is the deal with imagine, this is one dev that I thought would not do apps exactly like they are doing this app.
anybody with the app chime in on if maybe things are better than they are looking to me with this update?
They’ve added sample edition, with trim, normalize fade in out. Audiobus and IAA are sorted, the AUv3 has been slated...
What specifically are you curious about?
Audiobus and IAA are sorted? Hmmmm not in my world they aren’t.
There’s still a whole bunch of features from version 2 that haven’t been reinstated.
But never mind we have a bunch of Gms presets and a pluck synth.
In a couple of months FL might be over taken on iOS by StageLight if they don’t start upping their game as I don’t think they support AU provided StageLight adds IAA, Link, and Audiobus.
What problems are you having with IAA and audiobus?
Still no AB transport controls and it’s not possible to record IAA audio.
thanks man, I'm looking for Edison to show up, and any other sample based features minus the addition of sample packs
I really thought FL for the iPad was going to be a groundbreaking marriage in the making, its been quite a while and quite disappointing cause the FL devs know better!
and of course I expected too much
Edison and Slicex would be sweet. I don’t for a minute think it will ever happen though.
exactly, but if any devs know they should its imageline, a move like that could actually make apple take iOS music more seriously and make things better across the board. Every fruity loops user on earth would be on it.
the only thing more infuriating is lack of sample import in Playground and panning in Samplr.... FFS!

Pretty straightforward to render IAA, I don’t see any notes on the beta forum from anyone about the AB transport controls, I’ll post something
Edison would be cool I’ll drop a line on the beta forum...
gracias!
SAMPLE IMPORT IN PLAYGROUND PLEASE SANTAGOD
Same here, Have it, not installed, but keeping an eye in case it gets there

It always seems 2 steps forward and 3 steps back with this one.
I’ll be happy with NS2 I think.
Same here. Can't wait for NS2.
It’s incrementally improved, from where I sit - not sure what the two steps back are.
I it incredibly elegant, smart and fluid touch wise compared to the daws out there that have owe their lineage to a desktop style lineage. It makes 2 look clunky...
Not to mention the crazy in app sound design capabilities (MiniSynth was it for 2, this has so much more synthesis options, and they can be stacked with fx in racks)
Still after all this time a weird file handling structure, updates break things, not stable, strange approach to updates. All IMHO of course. Really liked it in the beginning but not so much any more. My two steps may not be those of others.
It did take awhile for them to sort a nested file system. The lack thereof still drives me away from Cubasis
