If, like me, you occasionally want to extract audio from a video, simply and without fuss, then a free app called Movie to Audio is just the job! Free, at the price of adverts running along the bottom. Sadly, no way to buy pro version and remove those adds, but no big deal.
App can load most videos you have downloaded, typically from the Photos app folder, and can output in a variety of formats. Usefully, you can use Apple’s screen recorder to grab something, have this extract the audio, then easily export to Twisted Wave, or other app.
Still cannot get App Store to let me copy links, so here is what the app looks like, inc formats.

Yes, Tap 3 dots->Share App->Copy Link seems broken, but if you choose Mail instead of Copy Link, you can copy the link from the email. Then just delete the email and paste the link where you need it, thus:
