That was always my take on it. Don't do it anymore though. I did enough things back then to leave a permanent influence. 😉

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Some of those stoned jams from the past were awful, but some were extremely inspired - I think it’s definitely more about taking those occasional inspired pieces and working on them rather than consistently producing great results while stoned.

(Sorry, I know it’s quite a bit after the post, but I only just noticed it.)

Some people use cannabis for their health problems. If it helps someone, I don't mind.

    Why would you mind?

It's a plant that grows naturally on the planet. In abundance.

    An opposite lol

  • Magnesium l threonate seems ok (1000mg etc ) or a 500mg.

Like if there were a boring object to fix. Or if you had to paint lead models.

You would be more enthusiastic and concentrate better.

    But always being quite ill.

    Anything for me is good.

  • Sounds cool also.

Like you could just make tunes ( Like Magneto )

    Throwing lorries.

    Tweaking Mercury.

  • When I used to get stoned.

A pool shot would make you feel like Neo.

But a hinderence because I stared at my wall. Then envisioned a painted line. Actually spent £50 at B and Q.

    Sample paints for a line.

Like the silly wall paper borders in homes.

  • Enormously helpful, but the waddling to the kitchen for snacks is getting awful slow...

I tend to agree but with gentle pushback re: waddling slowly. Doing it quickly looks anbsolutely absurd.

I use cannabis for sleep. I always struggled with it, and since taking it, my sleep is better.
I just get the medicinal cannabis from Releaf. Theirs help with sleep.

If anyone's interested, Cannabis Access Clinics made a list of the best clinics in the UK. They should help with any health problems.

Both. That's why you get to be in charge of how you use it.

As a paraplegic, I use it medicinally. I think it does slow me down mentally at times, but it's the only thing that helps without other side effects so I don't have much of a choice. The medicinal benefits are real.

Absolutely, for a lot of folks it really can help. I'm almost 50 and just got ID'ed buying lotto lickets. Fuck death.

  • I use it medical.

It pulled me out of a serious rut and helped me get my health back.

The truth is that some strains are like NZT if you need that.

  • Best part of it for me is that I do like a couple drinks while on holiday to help me reset and a half brew / half herb situation results in far far gentler hangovers.

It’s been around for a while. Here in Australia it’s so freaking expensive that it’s inaccessible. Same for legal psychedelic microdosing, it’s available but not really due to only a few psychiatrists charging thousands for access.

I don’t think we have the psy micro dosing yet here but when they do….

We have a grey market thing here where stores sell the micro psilly and other stuff. It is much like where weed was 12 years ago or so (before proper regulation) where they even have business licenses, pay taxes and pretty rarely get fined for this or that. But I just wouldn't even entertain anything from unregulated production and mystery supply, Waaay too risky these days with the various horrid compounds floating around.

Exactly - that’s the only reason Spravato is ok with me - totally pharmaceutical grade

Try exploring different strains if possible . I’ve been using cannabis for decades and for the last 4 yrs have been on the UK clinical trials for it . It is a marvellous plant but mental health care is needed for long term users due to its ability to enhance creativity imho . I use approx 3g per day of the flower for chronic back pain and Rick Simpson Oil when available if I’m travelling for any length of time

There’s a strain called Jack Herrer that is very good for pain relief and I feel i still retain perfect clarity whilst using it . I have however built up somewhat of a tolerance (which everyone does eventually) so very few actually give me a stone anymore unless I take several hits from a bong or pipe . Hope you find the right strain for you Bluegroove 🥰👍

I love dry herb vaping both thc and/or cbd flower while making music. Its not a hindrance to me, its helps to inspire the part of my brain that wants to get creative.

Dry herb vaping especially gives me full control over my consumption. I really don’t like to smoke it anymore at all. It burns the throat, makes you cough and you smell like weed after.

Dry herb vaping is smooth, cough free and leaves no smell on your clothes. Fades from the room within 20 minutes as it is vapor not smoke. Great for the studio

I don’t smoke a lot. A few rips and I’m good to create

  • Just throwing my herbal 2 cents here! I prefer the medical vapes and the strain difference is pretty noteworthy. I understand the point about a lot of flower being hybrids. I was told it's easier to combine mad hatter lab work to get more pure indica or sativa. It is a lil herbal battle tho its tru. I guess the purples seem like heavy indices here and the sativa give you energy. Peace.

I was told the sativa/indica thing is olde school thinking and the real new sexy is to look at terpenes for desired effects. but eh, beats me, anything I ever got lasted for months and months so I would notice a new strain would hit different for a while but to really be all science about it I would need way more variety at once than I could ever justify.

  • It has gone way more science based this last 10 yrs with more and more people realising the plants medicinal properties and how it can be ingested in different ways for different ailments. Check out bong aperitif on YouTube for some amaizing chefs using it to create some delicious looking food. The presenter uses it to help with crones disease if I remember right
