I started out irked that this was going to be 12 minutes and pretty sure I'd not get past two or three, but then I was fiddling with this and that, organizing a notebook for transcription, and the time floated by very mellowly. Apart from the particularly poor picture of a man eating chicken, I liked this a lot.

I’ve been sitting meditation with my students, and a few days ago they caught me goofing with my music software. I let them play a while, and one said “can we make a song for when we meditate?” If you don’t mind I’m going to drop this on them next time we sit.
