I have the Outxe one. Well made, rugged and good capacity.

I got a power bank from flea bay for a tenner.
It was one of those super cheap power banks.
The advert said it was 90,000mah but in actual fact
even without testing the output with a multimeter,
more like 8000mah to 10,000mah.
Yup, I know but someone had to do it.
It lasted for precisely 2:38:44.39 hrs allowing for about 5 secs either way.
Testing environment.
Hardware
iPad Air 3
Zoom U-44
both the iPad and the Zoom where being powered by the power bank
using a non Apple cck - sort of a cross between a usb hub and a standard cck.
Dirt cheap, I couldn’t resistance.
It looks really cool as well, it accepts two usb inputs rather than one
as well as the obligatory lightning connection for power.
Very handy.
Sennhieser HD202 headphones.
Software.
Auria Pro with 15 channels of audio.
KoalaFx
2 x dRambo
MiRack
Klevgrand Kompressor
AUM
Groovebox
Midi Link Sync
and catching up on the AB Forum.
Good enough for a performance without risk of drop out.
Not bad for a tenner.
Edit. Here’s the link for the non standard cck

Wait a sec, can this one actually replace the original CCK3?? (USB port and charging?)
@rs2000 said:
Yup.
It has one lightning port and two USB ports.
The cable ends in a lightning connector.
I’m ordering another.
That's fantastic news, thank you!
You’re welcome. 😇
If you are looking for external powerbank then i suggest you to use this https://geniusgeeks.com/best-iphone-13-pro-max-battery-cases/
On the topic of power banks, I have recently been looking for a small capacity and most importantly as small as possible usb power bank. I would like to attach it to a portable midi controller and using a CME Widi Uhost bluetooth device, make the midi controller wireless. The power draw from the controller and Uhost are minimal so a small capacity power bank is fine. It's the size, form factor and weight that matters.
So far the smallest and §best form factor I have found is this one, with a capacity of 2600 mAh:

The dimensions for this one are 22 x 24 x 95 mm. I would appreciate tips on even smaller batteries.
These aren't the types of power-banks being discussed
I have two Ravpower power banks that I’ve been really happy with. They were half the price of Anker on Amazon Canada and have been very reliable. No fancy features, just do the job.
Fyi - this is what I was aiming at with a compact low capacity power bank - wireless launchpad pro mk3!
CME WIDI UHOST + power bank attached to LPP. Works great!
I use an Intelli-Start Projecta

Not sure if I should but seems good for the job.
Thank you very much @gosnote! Can you help to share more information about the settings on your Launch Pro MK3? Few or WIDI Uhost users could not make them work. Since I do not have this device, I do not know which part in the settings was wrong.
Any suggestions for an ipad pro 2020 4th gen 12,9 inch? I drain my device on heavy projects while in the car and will soon hit the woods. I love satechi, after many dongles for headphone mini jack while powering, satechi has given me pure joy. Not sure if anyone can recommend a clean no noise powerbank...
I'm a huge fan of the Nitecore power banks when I need to do work out in the woods. 10,000mAh, but super small and light weight.

Amazon don‘t sell RavPower anymore.
Very sad. It was about ratings that were allegedly manipulated.
I have always been very happy with RavPower products.
Looks nice, would the 20000 version be better for my Ipad Pro 2020 12.9? Because I've read that 10000 are more used for the newer Iphones?
Depends on how many times you need to charge the iPad I guess. The 10000 works with my iPad Pro for one charge cycle and a bit more, but that usually enough for me given the good battery life in the iPad pros already.
Big mah, small size, proper ports. Anker makes nice products in general.
@gravitas never heard of flea bay thanks for that. Can you use in USA? I just tried it but had problems typing in location.
Thanks, good to know. Will consider.
I’m not surprised you couldn’t find flea bay.
That’s officially known as Ebay.
I’ll keep an eye out for you as I go along.
I use a Veho Pebble Pokket micro power bank with my WIDI UHOST. Very small with a short built in USB-C cable. 1000mah. Good for at least 2 hours powering the UHOST and my foot switch controller (sadly that's my longest session with it so far).

Hello, there is really nothing to it. I ordered the USB C to USB C cable and the USB C to USB A cable on amazon, and the power bank is a 2600 mAh power bank, selected because of its size and form factor which allows it to be attached at the edge of the LPP.
I am using an iPad Pro 12.9" 2018 1Tb, and I simply connect the cables (LPP->Uhost and Uhost->powerbank), and in the bluetooth midi settings of the app I am using (mainly Koala, Cubasis 3), the Uhost becomes available as a device.
