Sounds great! You said they would only work with a Roli keyboard though, I thought that other controllers such as the Sensel could be used?
Roli must be missing out on a lot of sales by not going AU with this stuff. The tenor sax on this one is particularly expressive, and impressive.
The AUv3 version of Noise can be used with any controller, but the NOISE App so far only allows the Roli Blocks or you can use the touch screen to play them.

The SWAM Soundpack's inaccessibility as an AU plugin does not have anything to do with ROLI hardware connection; this current limitation is strictly due to the processing power necessary to run SWAM presets successfully in AU plugin format. We are actively working to improve this down the road. Stay tuned for future updates!

Doug, so as this stands, it would not be possible to use this under AUM, triggered by one of the Rozetta modules. Have I got that right? Or is midi in not affected?
You can trigger any of the other packs in Noise Au but the SWAM packs don’t show up in the AU version of the app
The SWAM instruments are currently only available in the Noise standalone app itself, not the AU. And the Noise app does not accept any external MIDI input, only Roli hardware or the touchscreen. Until Roli changes one or both of those things, you can't use the SWAM instruments the way you want.

BTW, maybe there is an opportunity here for you to release a ThumbJam Pro. Excellent as the app already is, I would jump at a new version that offered samples as good as those Roli are using, but with AU3, MIDI in, etc.

I'm really lovin' these SWAM instruments! Looks like the Audio Modeling products carry a hefty price tag on desktop. ROLI is obviously selling them for NOISE as an impressive demo. I guess it makes sense that they're pushing the envelope on iOS devices, so it could take some time before they can work as AU plugs. In the meantime, I'll be using them.
Yes, the sound quality is fabulous. I’d even buy into these packs and wait for AU, if they had midi in. But without either, it just won’t fit into our workflow.
