    +1 for vocal presets.

    As for using the app, the joy of Maxima is that it is easy to dabble with. In other words, none of us need special training, we just have to start with the nearest preset and fiddle until the result sounds good to us.

    Try the preset Master (La Donna) - so for vocal in general I propose to go for something arround slow detector and long reset.
