Yay!! Cakewalk Pro Audio (Sonar) was my first DAW. I've always loved Cakewalk stuff!!
Where does it say they are going to start selling Sonar again?
It doesn't specifically so could all be hot air at the moment but this does suggest they are going to continue with it.

I'm really happy to hear that the programmers/employees who made Cakewake are, or will be continuing with h it. So all that programming talent hasn't gone up the swanny.
And BandLab seems to be rooted in the iOS world also.. Seems like a win win for the iPad music makers..

I hope it is. No one has really nailed cross-platform integration, and I would expect that to be HUGE for collaborative types and those who work on multiple platforms -- assuming it has the features and easy of use people want.
I expect convergence to be big, much like Unified Communications.
