IOS 7.4 Update
Does anybody (Sebastian) know if the new update makes it finally safe to upgrade to 7 or are there still issues?

Anyone have link that outlines all the fixes? The link under settings on the iPad doesn't work here
Main thing was a FaceTime bug, the rest are just "general bugfixes and improvements"
Those are what I'd like to know about though (since iOS 7 is a turd OS right now)
