"ThumbJam, ThumbJam über alles, über alles in der Welt."
Thanks Doug. I enjoy these old faithful videos you are doing as they really remind you of just the brilliance of these original apps. I use and view thumjam as a sound bank really but your video has really rekindled my interest in using this more as a jamming device. I really get your enthusiasm for this app.
Love the thread title, Doug!
Thanks Doug, I’m glad you still enjoy it!
Doug your beans are downright frosty on this one. ThumbJam is still the king.
Thanks for all the great comments on the thread, it just goes to show that Thumbjam is still a much loved app and was miles ahead of it’s time, in fact in many ways it has never been upstaged by any other app, it’s still unique
just got it on sunday. tis a quality app for sounds and jams, aye.
Thumbjam isn't just miles ahead of its time--it's timeless! One for the pantheon for sure. Good video, Doug. Enjoyed that one.
Yes, a much better description is timeless
Didnt realize the recorder was multi-track, that really adds to the JAM aspect!
Also enjoy these videos that show a practical workflow towards an end rather than just running through the features and presets (although those can be useful too).
Excellent app!

We all still enjoy it. But what’s next from you?
Not all. I need to watch more TJ app videos or just give playing with it the old college try for more than a few minutes. I bought it because it had such a following on this forum and just never clicked with me.
One thing I'd love to watch is a nice video on making instruments in TJ. I tried to do it with some didgeridoo and bagpipe samples but couldn't follow the online instructions.

Fair enough, guv. How about this one.

Awesome, thanks! Will give it a try this evening when I get home to the iPad. Interestingly I was being stupid about the multiple pitch selection ability, once I saw that the lightbulb went off. Duh!
