User preset backup - Tardgrain and others.
I bought Tardgrain last weekend and I love it... almost!
Is there a way to transfer user presets from one iDevice to another? While using Tardgrain standalone on an iPad, I made a bunch of presets with my own samples, and I'd now like to copy them over to Tardgrain on my iPod Touch 6, or at least back them up. I can see and backup my user samples using Tardgrain 'file sharing' in iTunes, and in iFunbox, but I can't see any actual user preset files anywhere? If there's an 'in app' way of sharing user presets then I can't see it?
Decent user preset file management is sadly lacking in so many of my recent app acquisitions; there are some wonderful apps from AudioDamage, but with apalling file management; some even have user presets which show up, and can be backed-up, under 'file sharing` but then they won't restore?
The apeSoft apps make it so easy to swap user presets between various iDevices, AUM and a good few others too. As for those app makers who don't seem to consider it important; how about at least letting me email a user preset (or bank) to myself, as apeSoft do... I'd be prepared to pay significantly more for your creations if this facility was included.
