Very nice!! Love it. SV-1 seems to have and interesting background from the App Store description. Never heard of it before this, looks like fun.
Thanks! Lol.....I had no idea that there was an app named sv-1. I’m referring to the SV-1 semi-modular by Pittsburgh Modular.
Who knows? Maybe I’ll take up ghost hunting.
Ha! I was listening intently for ghosts to show up while enjoying the track. So funny to hear you were referring to something else entirely!
Another nice one Wayne. I am GASing so hard for a modular system. The only thing holding me back is that I know I'll need to drop $12-15K to get what I want, and I can already do 75% of that stuff for peanuts on the iPad.
@waynerowand
I thouroughly enjoyed your latest contribution. Keep em’ coming
I had to come back and revise my prior comment. I don’t think using the SV-1 app, fake or not would be a good idea. Messing with anything occult related, even a stupid app is basically the equivalent to using a oija board. Doing anything in this category will have dire results. I apologize for even suggesting it as the last thing I want is your soul to be tormented. I am a sucker for using weird samples, maybe try one of those augmented reality apps instead to get some bizzare vocals. Have a great day crew
Well done, @waynerowand! In fact, the best mix of all songs I heard from you. Bravo!
@theconnactic Thanks man! I mixed in Auria Pro this time. Not going to lie......Pro q is a joy to use.
Sounds to me like the soundtrack for David Attenborough showing us something ethereal and beautiful at the bottom of the ocean.
Quite the compliment.
Was watching “ Blue Planet” last night with my son. Seriously, it’s going to be a dark day when Sir Attenborough leaves us.
@Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr I’d have a wall of modular if I made more than a teachers salary.
@stuck80s EVP as samples to mangle? I’m on it........
>
I wouldn’t, if I were you. Plenty of ways to fake those sounds. We have a track called EVP on the forthcoming album, which listeners have described as disturbing and unnerving. But we wouldn’t mess with real EVP.
I looked into this in the past, and whatever is actually going on, be it something from inside our subconscious or an external entity, every step you take toward it, the phenomenon takes two steps toward you.
One day, that might be too close for comfort.
Well, we have a T. Rex!
I see you’re back on track after those tortorous phasing experiments . Good stuff
Just out of curiosity, are you playing the synth pad chord changes live or drawing MIDI?
Nice sounds! Great work
Haha....scratched that itch for a bit. Thanks for putting up with me
I sequence everything. My tracks are more composition than performance.
@vpich Many thanks!
