Frozen Canada Flight Hyperlapse with Blocs Wave Soundtrack
Filmed these shots out of the airplane window flying from Calgary to Montreal in December, it was unusually clear the whole way and also very cold. The music was made in Blocs Wave, took the lead guitar line from a non-dance kit to force originality. Im undecided on how I feel about songs made with all loops but I do like this one
Not sure what genre I would call it, House or maybe just EDM?

I really enjoyed that, the video was really cool too, or should I say proper frosty

Great track! That's what matters!
But if you're not sure, start creating a full bed made with loops, and then start changing some with stuff you compose
@thesoundtestroom thanks for checking it out, also im up to a whole 5 youtube subscribers now
@senhorlampada yes ive started loading my own samples into blocs to make it more customized!
I don’t usually like much EDM, but found this and your video rather appealing. In particular your use of panning. RTM are a bunch of pan-heads.
I noticed it a couple of times that the Blocs Wave soundsets are really well tuned.
They are about 85% there... instamix.
But just not 100% - for obvious reasons. Imho the problem is less in the loops (or their use), but that you can't build individual soundstages for the mix.
I like the idea of the faint guitar playing less upfront than usual
@Telefunky yeah they're really well produced. One thing that amazes me is that often I can overlay heavy bass parts and they don't just mush out, not sure what their trick is there, maybe really good compression. Ive also had to change my workflow a bit and polish loops before importing them, usually Id do the processing after the song had been laid out but naked loops dont fit well with the blocs ones.
