Effectrix - Audiobus MIDI channel update
I saw Effectrix was updated for Audiobus MIDI channel but I’m not sure what that means exactly. I can’t seem to get it to do anything in the AB MIDI channel?

Make sure you’re sending MIDI clock to Effectrix, and that you can see your source audio signal registering on its meters. You’ll then be able to setup the MIDI triggers however you like and trigger the FX via your controller. It’s essentially a way to take Effectrix out of its standard continuous playback mode and give you the control over when the effects are triggered. I may have over-described that.

I would love to be able to trigger and hold the individual effects via midi as an alternative option to setting up different sequences.
This one pairs excellently with a foot controller that can send midi notes.
Ahhh, no worries. That makes sense based off the update description. Would be very cool to have that ability!
You can already! You just midi map the bypass button of the effect to a midi cc. Then you draw in a solid line for that effect, in the sequencer, so it is always on. Both the sequencer lane must be on, and the effect must not be bypassed, to hear the effect
The cool thing about using it, in this more conventional manner, is that you can set the fade in/out time for each effect, so hitting the bypass can fade the effect in/out softly rather than cutting in and out abruptly. Great for the reverb and delay.

I'm thinking that saving a patch with all effects on for the entire sequence and bypassed would be very useful. I would still love a way to switch between the usual behaviour and a live mode where each effect could be triggered separately in real time...
