Multi-track Rozeta style apps?

  • One trick that could work is to either enable the keyboard for all the instances of rozeta (to transpose them) or control them from for example a rozeta cells instance running at slow(1 one step = one bar or so) tempo which could be used to transpose the other rozeta instances.

Pattern changing is another problem but here one could use the built-in pattern sequences and repeat/arrange them as needed.

It will get fiddly on a Phone screen, that's for sure...

  • You can indeed change keys and chords in Rozeta if you use Cells to drive the performance.

  • Yeah, have been thinking to eventually try and design a custom midi Rozeta controller maybe in Lemur or something like that as I like working in it too but stringing things together isn’t easy. Also I wish it would have a “follow” mode in the sequencers where the ui would follow the sequence so you can make changes on the fly.

AUM snapshots would be a nice thing too, also a way to select AU presets via midi is something I’ve meant to ask Jonatan about at some point.

  • Amen. I've dreamed of something like a "Roseta Environment" often.

  • I do use the Cells method @samu mentioned, generally. You can also manually tap on cell to trigger it as well.

  • I bet the next Patterning is epic.
