Thanks, enjoyed the vid doug. Got the plugin and it seems like a nice mini extraction of some of the sounds I could get from CSSpectral but in sweet automatable AU form. Very nice!
What would be really cool is if the AUv3 worked as a MIDI AU, and allowed you to play the Cubasis (or other) kits with sticks..it could probably only work 1 drum at a time but hey...being able to select a track with a snare or hats, and then play it with sticks on a practice pad would be quite something !
So, create a track, load a kit, load the AU as a MIDI FX...then in the AU select the MIDI Out note (to select which drum)....

Huh, that's not what I was expecting out of a demo of this app--definitely cool beans. But, I'm still wondering if the "one man band" use case is applicable here. That is, armed with an acoustic guitar to bang on, could one create little percussion loops on the fly?
