Arpeggionome is very cool, but I have never succeeded in making anything with it. Alexandernaut has a couple of nice compositions using it on his soundcloud, but I have failed in reproducing anything approaching that.

I must agree with you, as my experience has been the same. All due respect to the great men - Alex and Doug - but aside from the sheer fun of Arpeggionome, getting anything useable is tough.
