  • Dear Beepstreet,

Bruno Mars said it best, but you make me feel like I’ve been locked out of heaven, for too long, for too long.

  • There's always a tendency try and make the ultimate app. I like the Linux philosophy: do one thing well. With AUv3 apps this is a good approach. Egoist, for instance, would be very pleasing turned into three apps.

  • You can have 3 instances running and mute 2 out of the 3 instruments for each 😉

I’m pretty sure this is aiming to do one thing well, only achieving that entails doing a bunch of smaller but integral things well. Sometimes an atom will do...other times ya gotta go for the molecule.

Hola amigos! Yes its aiming to do one thing well: allow the user to make anything he wants, with no hassle. :) Just a crude recording, a few simple modules used.

  • Woah...this will be awesome for rhythmic stuff! Dragging, removing, adding modules on the fly looks very smooth.
    Could it be.......a.......GAMECHANGER! :D

Ah squiggly squelchy noises, I’ll have one of those.

I’m sure this has been asked a hundred times already, but I’m new to the thread and a lazy man - when is this going to be available?

I think it’s pretty shitty that beepstreet gets to use Drambo before the rest of us!

  • Paradigm shift right around the corner. Sounding really good. You ve done an amazing job already. Wow! Its growing! :)

  • Now stop teasing us please, and tell us when we can play with Drambo !

I wonder what the space above the keyboard is kept for? Could it be extended for longer key run with a parameter assigned to it? Or have 3 keyboards stacked on each other controlling different things?

    Looking good!

Expecting native Bop Pad support of course ;)

  • Looks done! Let's do this.

Its kept for more sequencer scenes (like in Ableton Live), its just one of sequencer views, there will be pattern view as well. Its a big ipad pro, on 9,7'' this space is smaller. UI adjusts itself to current device / window. On iPhone or in smaller AU window you see only rack and the rest is available as an overlay view.

So thats why it takes so long. What you see is just one of many use cases. I can remove sequencer and process audio inputs or just midi. One can put different groovebox setups into Layers module and x-fade between them for dj-like live performance. And then when he gets bored use microphone signal to modulate crossfader.. etc ;) The good news is: todo list for beta release stopped growing and is quite short :)

  • Wow, that latest vid has convinced me that this is gonna be ridiculously (and not just normal) fun.

    Wow.

All of a sudden.......I have more to consider as I make some set up changes in this new year.....

  • I’m going to ignore this for awhile ... must ... focus ... must ... focus .....

@giku_beepstreet is gonna sell a bajillion of these things!

...and this is NOT a que for everyone to start with new requests!!!

  • I really think some modular geeks which don‘t like iOS could change their mind.
What would iOS be without Beepstreet?
I mean i might just be a fan but Beepstreet is the one man U-he (means where all the DSP seems outstanding) inside iOS.
Still want Dagger for iOS :D

Any chance of being a beta tester?

  • Fabulous. Looking forward to more impressions as you approach the beta!

@giku_beepstreet One thing you have to consider(please) is marking every first step in the sequencer.
    Will Drambo have Ableton Link?
