Thanks.. didn’t know it was such a powerful app...

    Full unlocked... thanks..

  • Can’t seem to get the AU to play song mode in sync with the host transport, has anyone else got this working?

Only in AUM or also in Audiobus?

I can’t find a way to make it sync, either.
I think if I need to playback in sync, I will have to record it to Atom and playback from that.

There isn’t any way to - per the developer “Perhaps it can become an option in a future upgrade.”

Both, looks like the transport is independent to the hosts transport.

  • Yep, AU sync would be nice... unless I am missing something..

  • Are you guys getting the nonsensical error message when you launch the AU?
It says Midi is locked and only Audio works, but the exact opposite is actually true.

    Exact same message.

Without transport sync for me in Auv3 is totally useless.

Any of You were able to find some workaround to implement suggester Auv3 in their production? Any example?

I think the dev could add transport sync to the AU. It already does BPM sync. The IAA responds to Link Start/Stop, but not Host transport.

I sent an email to the dev asking if they could add host transport sync, so I am hoping it happens.

If not, I may still try to use the Chord Trigger function of the AU. You can trigger any chords with single Midi notes. Those single notes can be created in Atom easily, or sent by any other sequencer or generative app.

nice one, i think the dev is not into the ios Host thing much so I'm sure he will update now you have updated him.

  • Without host sync at the moment it’s totally useless for me. Too bad, it’s look interesting. We’ll see...

Maybe if enough people mail him the update will come sooner. When I mailed him he just said perhaps it can become an option in a future upgrade
