The new synts are so cool but Syntronik has no sound in the stand alone/IAA in my ipad. is it just me or it's a bug?
uninstalling and installing seems to work but I'll lost my favourites sounds
The full instalacion shows 6,43Gb Ah the drum patterns in the arpeggio category are so cool for multis...Like it
Loving the updated gear @ikmultimedia
And with a little more form:
Anyone know if there are any plans for further synths in Syntronik? Arp pro soloist would be very nice, and would fix my Tony Banks itch :-)
I happened to look today, because apps with unpurchased IAP haunt me, and noticed bundles are 40% off now.
Arp pro soloist for cinema show song will be awesome
Cool! Thanks for noticing that. I just picked up the last bundle with the 5 synths that I was missing.
Soon as we get the midi out this app is going to make an extremely cool sound module for external sequencers!
The Arp Pro Soloist in itself was a pretty simple single oscillator preset synth, so a lot of its voices can be pretty easily mimiced with any reasonable synth, closely if not exactly.
What’s the regular price?
Maybe with a modular like the Model 15, as the signal path on the Pro Soloist was a bit atypical, involving HP filter, optional resonators (pulse waveform only), Mixer, LP VCF and VCA, each controlled by AR or ADSR generators (or both). The oscillators supplied sawtooth (actually 64 step staircase) and pulse waveforms, the latter available in various ratios plus a dynamic pulse width affected by attack and decay, the LP filter was a Moog 24db derived design and various LFO affected parameters were optionally controlled by aftertouch, which was a big part of the Pro Soloist’s sound.
I think £19.99 in UK currently £11.99
About the IAP?
You’ve been looking on Wikipedia! That’s why I said close rather than exact. Thinking about it, if you start with Syntronic’s Harpy 260 and select the Basic timbres under the filter section to get the raw waveforms, there is enough filtering and shaping in Syntronic’s synth section to get you in the ballpark for many of the sounds. But I agree that a dedicated sampled Pro Soloist would be a cool addition.
Lol. I’ve actually looked into this before, as Vangelis used to use one prior to the CS-80 and I like the monosynth sounds on Heaven and Hell. I have the ProSolovst VSTi on my music PC, but the aftertouch on my controller is a bit creaky.
