NEW TRACK VIDEO | När ormbunkar vissnar vissnar | fifth track! - haQ attaQ

Just finished the fifth track for my mellow album project. Im still using Electric pianos, but this time I've tried widen the sound field wide and made it sound more ethereal-like. Apps used in the production of this track: Steinberg Cubasis 2, Tines by KLEVGR, Discord4 by Audio Damage Inc and Waves L1 Ultramaximiser.

The animated audio bits with VU-metering and VU-"snow"? was made using Wizibel by Klevgr. the whole video where then compiled using LumaFusion by LumaTouch.

Very much enjoying your current direction, Mr Jakob. This one brings to mind the ghost of Autumn future! The birdsong worked especially well.

  • Great “artist” and great tools with a great mellow song!
Keep up the good work mr Jakob!

I'll try my best! I'm worried that I'll loose my flow...like a "writers block" kinda thing.

  • Really like how saturated those pianos sound. And. I really admire your openness in including your thoughts on the process right in the video. Although a month!? Holy cow, you must be a perfectionist.

Will very much like to hear this in context with the other mellow tracks you’ve done.

  • Keys sound great!

Beautiful composition and such a full rich sound. Appreciate the descriptive video too, I might have to pull the trigger on that discord4. Think you will be able to get enough variety sticking with the Tines/Discord4 combo?

edit: I kind of want it for my mac but its 60 bucks! ... otoh it makes the $6 app price seem like a pretty sweet deal.

Yeah I am a perfectionist and it hampers my workflow to the brink of stopping me from progressing a lot of my work. I made several versions of this track trying to find the right key,
Mood and frequencies. I even EQ'ed the Electric pianos so hard that they sound stopped sounding like electric pianos. It's was a mess.

Thank you! I love Tines! It sounds great, plus it's modelling so the app size is very small and it doesn't hog that much CPU. Really nice AUv3 to have in the tool box. :)

I'm wondering that myself. So far I've managed to keep the songs parted by KEY and chord progressions.

I've pretty much just slightly adjusted Discord4 between projects.

Well just have to see when the whole project is finished.
