Hello,
My main ipad interface which is an Irig IO Pro has died. The input and output no longer carry signal, but the midi is still somewhat functional. Has anyone had trouble with their customer service or products dying? It should still be under warranty, but I've not heard back from them in 5 days since I posted the ticket. This unit was safely mounted in my rack too. No harsh treatment of abuse to it at all. I'm not sure what to do right now, since my IOS music making is crippled currently.
