Voice harmonizer through Guitar Chords?
is there any app harmonizer for the voice through the chords of the guitar as pedals from tc helicon?

No. But guitar > midi > Voxsyn would get you something pretty cool.
If you mean produce voice harmony based on detecting the chords being played on a guitar, That would be extremely challenging to make, even for desktop PC.
I tried it with the Midi Guitar sending midi to the keyboard of the Harmony Voice by Virsin. Also could you send the chords through the Navichord. I haven't come to a satisfactory result. I just wanted to add a third voice playing live.
Harmonizers and live pitch shifters always sound unnatural to me. I don’t know why, but my ears seem to think that the pitch shifted harmonics are all wrong.
But who knows, maybe I have been fooled already by a slick harmonizer/pitch shifter, and simply didn’t realize one was being used.
I had the Voice Live Acoustic from Tc Helicon, and seemed to me to be sufficiently natural, but I had to sell it. Financial crisis, political and social conditions in Brazil!
