    looks like its possible

any idea if 10 channels with 2-3 Fabfilters would work?

  • I guess if the buffer is set low enough where there's no dropouts & static a live mic'd vocal into a reverb aux would be no different than one being recorded, right?

Wow, it is a good question. I've seen videos of cats who use Amplitube, BIAS & ToneStack live, so it may be possible.

  • What behringer mixer are you using?

  • Auria isn't designed to be a live processor, but it might work as long as the buffer is low enough (latency would be an issue, once you get to 512 or higher). The question is CPU usage, because if you set buffer to 256 or 128 it will be more taxing on the CPU and you'l eventually start getting clicks, pops, and crashes. I tried it out a while ago and I think I had 5 channels with Pro-Q2 on my 2015 iPad Pro 12.9. I don't remember how taxing that was on the CPU, but I would be surprised if any older iPad could do this.

ok mine is ipad pro 2018 '18 but will try, as my two ipad airs seem to run smoother even with kiddie apps for kids with 10.3.3 ill try both. 5 channels not good for me, guess will have to wait for ipad 2020...

mixer is X Air 18 Behringer
