Vocoder question
I have a fly in gig coming up, and instead of bringing my warpfactory rack, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with using an app.
But here’s the catch, I use another signal as the carrier and my voice as the modulator. As opposed to the standard, vocal > synth and out setup.
I’m wondering if there’s an app that will take a duel mono signal, with my vocals down one channel and the carrier down the other.
Thanks!

Thanks!
NP, Oh and I have had fun with Voice Synth by Qneo
I mostly use Apesoft's Sparkle for 'vocoding' effects.
It's a spectral merger, but often comes out with similiar sounds as a true vocoder.
Offers a much wider variance in sound, but at the expense of more tweaking and a less constistent result over pitch changes (notes played on the internal keyboard or via midi).
@Ego_Likeness -- Apparently, Synthmaster One, releasing next week will include vocoding in addition to be a super robust and great sounding synth that is light on CPU. And anything from Beepstreet is an instabuy (Der Voco) once it is released.
Thanks! I’ll look into them!
I'm a huge fan of vocoders, vocal processors and talk boxes. Usually they are an instabuy for me, honestly I've been more disappointed than thrilled. Right now my favorite is Voice Synth by Qneo. For apps I've also tried VoiceRack:FX, VocalLive, iVoxel, VoiceJamStudio, Singaling and VoxSyn.
