AUM / Audiobus 3 - What is minimum latency setting?

Hi,

I’m looking to purchase either of the above apps but would like to know what the minimum latency settings are on each?

Does anyone know?

    Note however that 64 frames is almost guaranteed to cause glitches and drop-outs unless you only host very CPU-light apps/plugins.

    I can run that combo with both Loopy HD/Loopy and various audio effects on sax audio input on iPhone 7 Plus at 128 frames, 64 gives glitches, for AU/IAA instruments 256 is better.
