    Lovely! True words.

There must something more important than user satisfaction driving the desicions of Apple product managers.

I can only repeat what Steve Jobs once said:
Design is not just how it looks like,
    design is how it works.

I wish I could still say that for the latest products, no matter if it's the iPhones or MacBooks.
I've never been as hesitant to buy another Apple product as I am today.
The price for a powerful iPad has never been better, yet it's the restricted operating system (and as a consequence, the restricted apps) that gives me more and more headaches when it comes to making music without limitations.

The funny thing here is that the almighty Steve got the exact same shit storm when he announced the end of the floppy, DVD drive or even something like Flash. We'd be stuck with a 30 pin connector if you leave it to the general public.

Cash is obviously the reason they've made these decisions. Not.

  • Love it. I had an issue with daisy chaining Apple dongles that I had bought. Apple’s solution - buy another dongle!

Yup Apple sure loves grabbing our money and they love making dongles! Now I've been a hardcore Apple user for the past 6-7 years now. And during that time I've mainly been using iPad and iPhone to produce music, record and edit videos and I've even dabbled with some animation. Well there are just certain things that one becomes aware of over time and so it was time for me to make a video about it. Hashtag Donglehell!
