Vocoder or voice synth app w/ mic input on channel 2, midi input on channel 1

I have a Zoom U-24 that I have my guitar on channel 1 and my microphone via XLR on channel 2. I don't play keys so I am trying to do the classic vocoding manipulation using my guitar via a guitar-to-midi app to choose the notes/chords.

I have Voice Synth, VoxSyn and iVoxel. None of them allow me to pick a particular channel out of my interface for the voice channel. I'm using either Midimorphosis or MIDI Guitar 2 and have selected midi out to my various apps.

So what is happening is that I am getting guitar sounds overlaying my voice sounds. It isn't a pure voice sound using the guitar created midi notes selecting the pitches.

Can I solve for this using AB3 or AUM in some way (of which I have neither app)? My goal is to pick the pitch of the vocoder with my guitar and then when I talk (or sing... gasp!) the voice synthesizer does its thing just to my voice input.

I figured out an alternative! I'm using Navichord to create the midi notes/chords on a 12 bar loop and then Voice Synth to get the vocoder sounds. So far I'm tickled pink, working awesome and I can just press buttons on screen to change my voice with 7ths and 9ths too.
