Is there an app that has Autoplay like Garageband?
I enjoy playing around with different instruments in Garageband with Autoplay, but there are not very many patterns available. Is there another app that has a similar feature with more patterns? I'm thinking the app would send midi to synthesizers if it doesn't generate audio directly.

Try ChordBot Lite, it’s free. You can check out the hundreds of cool comping patterns in there. If you like them and the app’s workflow, you can buy the app for $5 and get Midi export. These exported midi files open in Cubasis like magic, with all appropriate instruments auto-loaded.
It doesn’t send live Midi out though.

GrooveBox it’s free and has randomize features
(Edit ,only audio ,not midi)
Midiband, xmure (with iReal Pro combination),... and I can’t remember if there is any other arranger-like app worth the investment. I ended buying a hardware one (Korg microArranger)
Midiband
Xmure (some feats need Decibell keyboard for full specs)
LooptunesHD has also loop transposition
And then there are apps like Componendo and similar which can do chording too...
Searching for Componendo seems missing (maybe it wasn’t updated to 64 bits) but I found another only desktop in the past

Have you tried this one? Seems interesting and the lite works well ....but no background audio for a 30 dollars app seems strange
I didn’t try it even I downloaded the free version... I ended going the Digitech trio+ plus path and forgetting about arranger iOS apps. I’ve sold the KMA long ago due it’s too complex to get styles on it but very fun to use...
I get this path due I can go directly backing tracks for zero risk but I find it boring meanwhile full looping is too much risky (GTL in between or some dedicated hardware) so the trio+ has the best of both worlds for me... some backing and song parts, 13 songs in each sd... and simple hardware looper on it. Epic win.
Arrangers are expensive and complex to manage (for me almost).
interestingly this "one band band" pretty much like a yamaha arranger.
For example, I could easily import all styles from Psr 970 into it via zipping

anyways wanted to know if anyone has stage experience with it
