As I live in Cyprus, I found that in the Summer, the heat & Humidity can do the battery in quickly. Even when I first bought my Air 1 when it first came out....... & now I’ve stupidly updated it to the latest iOS 11 firmware........ Well I’m not not going to say..... Speaks for itself really.. I especially love the badly delay qwerty keyboard typing now... 5sec delay before it stars type your input..... The lag is terrible, & so is the gyroscope now. Close to saying goodbye Apple...... Sorry, just a little rant here....... There now, now feel all better!.....
@studs 1966. Cyprus, huh? it would be so interesting if country of origin were in the profiles. Then a compilation would show just how far and how much this forum reaches. Incredible to live in this world.
As to the ios11 issues you have. Could you please post your experience and ask others to comment on iOS 11 and upcoming 12 as a possible fix? I will buy a new iPad in Sept and pretty sure it will be 12 by then.
