Bebot - still good to have?
Hi, I’ve got a couple of €’s to spend (just about enough for Bebot!!) , I know it is an oldie, I’ve always liked it but never got it... after the last update for Audiobus 3 a couple of months ago I actually wonder if it’s sequenceable!?! By Rozeta for example. I don’t post much but looking for advice. Thanks in advance

No, you can’t. As much as I love playing Bebot, there is no MIDI in.
Yes, you can. You can record Bebot with any kind of IAA or AU. I love putting it through a lot of distortion and delay and shredding tf out.

I would say yes. It's just so easy to get something nice out of... and you can play it into apps to create your loops in apps like Spacecraft, iDensity, Borderlands, etc.
Still holds it own on sound quality too. And it's fun.

Actually the resemblance to BB8 (from “The Force Awakens” ) is uncanny. I would not be the least bit surprised if I heard they used Bebot to create its voice.
So, I went ahead and got it even though it’s got no midi in.....having a great time personally and with my kid who’s 5 years old. It’s an app for young and “old” ....he is having fun and i can dive deeper and record in Cubasis or AUM......thanks for the feedback....

I have often heard that something is a joy to use. Bebot is a great example of this! I find it impossible to play with a straight face for more than a few seconds and it still sounds great after all these years. Quite powerful options section hidden on the bottom right, double tap to get in there...
