Well,i have two other suggestions but maybe this goes a bit too far :) (BPM syncable)Motion Looper would be great but is it a big deal to add a switch or something that quantize the Motion Sequence to simple 16th notes or so?A kind of simple Karplus strong synthesis comes to my mind (feeding the input with a simple drum or noise loop).Could be an idea for echo pad as well.
The second suggestion:I would love to have a faster LFO,one that goes up to 200-300 HZ or something for nasty audiorate modulation.Could be done with a simple switch (Lo/Hi Rate)as well so it doesn't affect the presets.

  • @Crabman - Thanks for the suggestions, I'm already planning on faster LFO option for sure at some point, possibly in the first update. :)

  • yay,sounds great.Thanks :)

  • Had a good mess around with swoopster tonight. Sounds great, subtle to mayhem. Really nice work!

I don't know if there's UI room for it but I kept wanting a tone control on the fuzz while I was playing with it. Single bar of low pass filter would do me just fine but a Samplr style hp/lp would be dreamy. Starts in the center like a pan control and to the left = low pass, to the right = high pass. But if you give us high pass, I'll want a mix control so best to ignore me right from the start.

PS @ all devs: a very simple low/high pass filter would make for a handy IAA module. Not like SB's WOW, just an adjustable filter with typical db slope control. Pretty sure the Audio Unit framework on IOS has a least a lame one. Just expose that and take my money!

  • I bought the app on the first day and like what it does. But I would like to run it on my iOS 6.x devices too.

  • @syrupcore - I'll keep a tone control in mind but can't promise at the moment. As you said the problem there is simply UI space but we'll see. Glad you're enjoying Swoopster.

@dokwok - Thanks! I am not planning for iOS 6 support at the moment, sorry. For what it's worth, Swoopster runs solid on iOS 7.0.4 on my iPad 2.

  • Another vote for universal!

  • Swoopster 1.1 is out, this update adds MIDI learn + latest Audiobus SDK for iOS 8 compatibility. Crystalline and Stereo Designer are also updated with MIDI learn + latest Audiobus SDK.
