That’s a nicely made video.
I can’t see anything in it that couldn’t be easily done in Cubasis though.
But for ease of replicating that workflow which is mainly copying tracks and moving notes up and down octaves
Music Studio is probably the easiest.
The basics of this could done in pretty much any DAW I think.
