Dunno, but here's a Doug, Soundtestroom Video:
Cheers Yeh i checked and says it can chop samples Very cool looking app
Lots more really good videos up on YouTube. Gonna check them out. Here's one sampling a Korg Monotron which caught my eye. Tres Cool!
WerkBench is 100% amazing. One of iOS’ defining sampler apps in my book.
It's good but is missing one essential feature: offset of the two sequencers to provide syncopation. If you don't need syncopation then you are good to go.
yes, cool
there's a tiny but effective editor that fakes chopping - keeps the sample length, but allows setting of start and endpoint. Which on the other hand allows to use various parts from a single file on different 'pads'.
It can be easily overlooked that envelope, pitch and fx settings can be set per step by a dial around the pad (activated by 'fancy cotrol'), very responsive user interface.
@brice @lukesleepwalker do you know the maximum sample time if stereo or mono etc?
Iam about to download it just checking the swing
@brice @lukesleepwalker Whats the total amount of bars per sequences/patterns and total amount of patterns and can they be chained?
Thanks in advance for any info
Cool it looks very impressive
the practical memory requirement depends on tempo (the slower, the more), it has only so much time to play something according to the time grid.
But I just threw a 16 mb stereo file into the importer, no complaints.
It cooperates nicely with Audioshare, one may export whatever comes along quickly as a loop (preselected number of bars or manual start/stop)
You're likely to look for a sample delete option - the smart approach is to swipe an empty pad onto the delete target (in copy/mute mode)
I’ve had it for a while , wonder why no one ever talks about it ..
How did I missed it ? It looks amazing
it's IOS vintage... my favourite live clip

Right, it's "old", as in the shinier and newer have arrived (BM3, etc).
I talk about it all the time and the dev chimes in on the forum when spoken too, great dev, great app, nothing like it
