How to start apeggiator on SynthScape.

This is one dense App! I've been slowly working thru how things work, but so far can't seem to figure out how to make the arpeggiator actually run. I think ihe 'Start" button in the upper right has something to do with it... but still no joy.

Ideas?

  • Oof, I've forgotten. This works on some scenes, some not. I can't say I ever fully grasped it and its been a while. Go to arp, turn on active and main (see screenshot), then hit start in the upper right.

On the left hand side of the main screen you have three oscillators. For each oscillator there is a ARP button, click the arp button for the oscillator you wish to use. Another window opens and you need to click the activate button and close window. Press the keyboard and the oscillator will arpeggiate. Now you can choose how to trigger this by clicking the 'int' button below the start button. Choose internal for testing and close window. Now click start and click the hold button near the bottom of the screen and press the keyboard. pheeewwwww

So if this works you can now choose if you want a host to sync the Arp by clicking the int button below the start button.

I actually prefer your in-depth guided tour. Most people aren't thorough enough to make their explanations clear. I always try to take the Trevor approach, though.

:-) shame we can upload the ipad in screen video to finish the job.

  • Well - thanks! I did try the steps you outlined, so I’m close. I could just neve get the arp to actually run. Will go back and retry - musta missed something. 😬
