Cubasis to 320kbs mp3

Hey up,
anyone have a method for getting 320kbs mp3 from Cubasis wavs or files?
I’m up for sending a demo to Hospital Records and that’s the format they want.
(cheap and easy if poss ; )

    While you’re in there, you may want to input tags to the file before exporting.

    This is done in the Metadata section, reachable over the exclamation mark bottom right?
