  • Gadget is a great recommendation but I reckon you already have everything you need.

    Load Patterning as an IAA in Cubasis. Make your drum beats with that. Pick a simple synth to use as your "fixed" bass synth for a while. NanoLogue will work wonderfully. Pick another two synths for pads/chords and leads and try to stick with them so you can focus on the music, not wondering where the filter envelope is.

    Make traditional(ish) house music. It's not complex to program and can work well with your current "So I’m used to playing every part in with a keyboard." workflow. At least for everything atop the drums and bass line.

    i see, bit of a MPC vibe to me. Your DAW's have everything necessary to achieve these results or BM3 has a bit more of the MPC vibe.
