Elastic FX ($5 App with 40 FX) used on the Bassline

I wanted to test out Elastic FX on a synth part. I used it on this Cubasis Synth bassline.
The Drums are a stock 120BPM Cubasis Audio Drum Loop.
The Pads are Syntronik I believe.
The Lead Synth is another Cubasis synth with some FX added.
Most tracks got Frozen right after recording to free up the CPU to process FX.

Interesting! Which kind of effects did you use?
Really nice @McDtracy. I especially liked where you got a little crazier with the synth and the "horn falls" ( is that the right term?). keep at it. Technology in the service of art. Or is it art in the service of technology?
Elastic FX allows you to pick any 4 of the 40 effects in sequence and uses an X-Y input filed to quickly play with effect settings for time, depth, speed, mix, etc.
I started with a typical synth bass that had a nice mix of lows and mids. For FX1, I applied a Filter that improved the bite of the bass loop. Then went though the other categories and picked FX's 2-4 from Modulations, Distortions, Delays, Reverbs, Other (stuttering, strobe, autopan).
Really fast... interactive and all on one screen. For $5 it can improve the modulation/FX section of any synth. It's NOT competitive in sonic quality to ToneStack and certainly no match for a $500 library of AUv3 FX at $10-30 for 40 FX.
Here's a recording I made using the ToneStack product for all the FX - I bought all their FX IAP's and it's really a good deal but NOT AUv3. I love the audio quality of all the Yonac products I own: ToneStack, Galileo2. Their synths are on by shopping list.
