Patterning 2 Questions --- Where is default kit, and can I set a specific velocity if I want?

I'm LOVING the app.

Where is the “default” kit? After I downloaded some kits from the cloud I can’t seem to find it

Also, is there a way to specify a velocity for a step if I do want a bunch of steps to have the same velocity?

Thanks!!

  • Just responded to you on forum.olympianoiseco.com thanks!!

  • I believe that you have to scroll to the bottom of your list of kits and click “View All Kits” (or something along those lines) after browsing Cloud Kits.

I’m not sure on the second point but I find it easy enough to estimate. If there’s a way to be more precise I’d be interested to know!

  • Velocity editing on a step is easy, just tap the blue part of the step and drag to taste.

  • Another simple question @benkamen - I have read manual and noodled around, but I can’t see a wat to copy a pattern, only a loop within a pattern. Am I missing this, or do you need to copy the 8 loops between patterns?

  • Use the "duplicate pattern" button to make a copy of the current pattern. It'd be cool to also be able to paste over a whole pattern, but not available at the moment.

  • Thanks - OK the numeric increments are for duplicated patterns, thanks.
