BeatHawk - how do you limit song length?
I’ve looked at the manual and tried several things, but I can’t find a way to limit the length of a song. I was looking for some kind of Song start-end markers. Right now, if I have a short song, I can’t figure out how to either A) stop playing, or 
loop the song. Especially now with AU, I wouldn’t think it makes sense to just let blank measures at the end of a song keep playing. I’ll continue to look more closely at the manual.

Hit the loop button in song mode. Then tap on the timeline and drag. The highlighted region will loop. You need to have the loop button engaged. If that does not work, try disabling abelton link, then try again.
