The most 80's of all music videos?
I think I've found it - thank God for Jan Hammer:

It would have to be that Bowie/Jagger abomination.
I can't even bring myself to post the link, but you know the one I'm talking about...
So many cool tunes were made in the 80s and most music videos are etched to my retina from early days of MTV
For an 80s video, that looks pretty advanced to me.
I always picture horrible green screen composites, but the quality is pretty good on this one you posted.
Very good post. Never saw this one before.
Al Di Meola's midichlorian levels are off the charts.
A very cool one
One of the best
Totally cool in every way!!

Any Amiga used in that video Samu?
Looks like this is where the iPhone ringtone came from – Tears for Fears / Change:
Madness / One Better Day
Voice of the Beehive / I Walk the Earth
Their drummer Woody is also Madness’ drummer Woody.
I was going to post Voice of the Beehive’s cover of Comsat Angels / Independence Day but it wasn’t a video, just a BBC session.
The Beloved / Hello
Oh wait, this was released 5th January 1990. Oh well, five days too late to be an 80s video.
S’Express / Hey Music Lover
Big Audio Dynamite / E=MC2
Adam and the Ants / Antmusic
(Burundi double drummers!)
Journey Separate Ways/Faithfully

Actually a great album (their only one) of 80s New Wave awesome. If nothing else, the lead singer went on to help create the DAW Tracktion.
The original was a guilty pleasure at the time, but this take is absolutely brilliant.
The Separate Ways video is SO painful. Love the song but that video... ouch.
HUGE Adam Ant fan here!
(Phil Collins on drums on this one and Strip)
Alexander O’Neal / Criticize
