I can’t work it out either. I really struggle with the usability of this app.

Make sure you have the Files app on your taskbar
Open Tardigrain standalone
Select or create a preset
Save, left swipe name, select Share
Open AUM (say), add Tardigrain AU
Upswipe to get the taskbar, drag the Files app onto the screen (floating over AUM)
Navigate to Tardigrain folder (in On My iPad) find preset and drag into Tardigrain AU
Not intuitive but it does work for me at least.
Well that's all fine and good, but impossible on my phone. Can't have it all, I suppose.
At least you can call and text people!
Agree that it needs a more elegant solution.
i still can’t figure out how to share my saved presets from stand alone to the au 🤷🏻♂️
oh i think i got it with the files app drag drop lol
