Sunrizer OSC1 no pitch/tune?

Sunrizer- Not having a pitch/tune parameter on osc 1 keeps throwing me off.

Just transpose. I know it is a minor inconvenience, but it's the same on the actual JP-8000.

Also, I own a hardware JP-8000 since 1997 and can confirm that Sunrizer sounds much better.

Hahaha! I also had a jp8000 and to be honest the sound is average at best.

Yeahhhh. Its sounds awesome no doubt! Just when shaping sound and blending the 2 oscillators, it just feels like that option should be there as it is on osc2
(i keep reaching for it even though its not😆).

  • In terms of the sound, the relative pitch of the two oscillators is what matters. From the point of view of timbre, you can get the same timbres with only osc 2 tunable as you would with both being tunable.
