  • I got it it, have not used it yet, It has Audiobus and interesting unusual sounds.
I think it will make nice secret weapon, to use in secret for secret soundscapes........shhhh...LOL!

  • This dev has 2 great noisy apps already out for a long time.
There is a free version of this one to try it.
Then it only costs $0.99 to get the full version.

Seems like anyone interested should give it a spin.
    I shall.

  • It's by the same guy who made DR-OM and Noisemusick. They both are great and have been around since almost the beginning of iOS music. I'll throw my 99¢ at him.

  • So little colored 'critters', only 'cause they have eyeballs, give you an idea -- nothing quantitative of the direction and speed of the sample. They can be stationary, or move. Moving lets them bump into other critters and slows their playback speed (and the pitch) down. The faster they spin the higher the pitch, and conversely the slower the lower.

There is a built in reverb and the critters can also be linked together and silenced individually. If they bump into each other though they might be put to sleep or wake up and start playing again. To vary the speed I've found it's good to spin them faster first and tap them multiple times to slow them down.

For 99¢ you can record in your own audio and as previously mentioned this app has audiobus. If you need cacophonous sounds or soundscapes that can change on by interacting with themselves then this is your bag.

    I like the happenstance!

Good review. Sums it up nicely.

  • Bought it. Like it.

Not only super fun, but useful for droney weird stuff that slowly changes into more good stuff if you get a few going in reverse slow and linked together.

Even more fun if you record in your own sound.

Sure, could have more options, but the dev wanted to keep it simple and fun. Can’t argue with that. Mission accomplished :)

  • It made a sweet old lady at my work laugh her ass off this morning with her own voice sampled in the app. Now if that ain't worth a dollar i don't know what is.
I work in a carehome for people with Alzheimers and it's simple colourful little apps like like this that really work for them.
And for me as well. It's great fun.

I have been playing with the free version, but your charming story motivated me to buy it.
Plus, @skiphunt digs the user samples function, so I reckon it is going to be even more fun now.
    :)
