Meaning they develop and release features in sprints of 2-3 weeks and in Program Increments of 1-2 months. If a company that mainly does software really is adjusted to that methodology it is no issue in reacting on such developments in the market.

As long as they still don't pay a decent amount of money for artists it doesn't change and as long as the curating of content is still driven by labels and spotify themselfs its not about the artists.

Recently, they moved their hosting from AWS to Google Cloud which is the fastest. If anything, Spotify should be worried about Apple Music.
