    .

  • great - can't wait!

  • I thought you were looking a bit peaky...

  • Next one after PeakQ might be a modulation effect, a really fat filter, a compressor, a ringmodulator, a distortion, another eq, a bitcrusher, a multi-tap echo, a pitchshifter, etc.. who knows? ;)

  • Excellent stuff, looking forward to this (and the next)

  • Woohoo! Looking forward to anything you put out @j_liljedahl.

  • I'm just thinking out loud here, and maybe you've already thought about something like this, but I'm envisioning some kind of master effect controller where you could drop in/mix and match the various AUFX app modules. I suppose this isn't too far from a Turnado type of thing, but with a more flexible and creative angle to create effect combos that are not as easily created historically on non-touch devices. Anyhow, just a thought.

  • hey @J_liljedhal here's another idea, How about a distortion/phaser combo?

  • Looks fantastic!

Looks great, you'll have my money the second it arrives!

The four EQ bands, can you control them by moving the dots/peaks around the graphics window with your finger, or is that "only" a representation of what the sliders are set at?

This. Put another way, could this be a standalone replacement for FabFilter's Pro-Q without having to spend $80 on Auria and the IAP? And which works with any DAW? :-)

To replace pro-q would probably be difficult, and a lot more expensive. It would need separate L/R channels for each band, input and output +/-, 20 more bands, ability to choose shelves, notch, bell, before and after spectrum graphics etc. But (speaking in general), the way pro-q handles user interaction in regards to the graphical interface would be a lot more hands-on and faster then knobs and sliders. Either way, I'm sure I'll be using this more then pro-q :)

  • And Pro Q also has a spectrum analyser :)

  • The graphic plot is updated as you move the sliders. While holding/moving a slider, a frequency-cursor is displayed in the plot to show which band it is. I think this works very good and gives better precision than dragging on the graph itself, but I might add drag-on-graph editing later on if demand is high!

  • Woot! Instabuy.

  • Little/unneeded UI suggestion: the gain sliders should highlight its line from the center instead of from the left since the default is 0db from the center.

  • And here's a demo video:

  • @syrupcore You're right! Will look into that :)

  • Ok that looks and sounds just lovely! Does it have the same limiter option as your other plugins?

  • @ChrisG: Thanks! Yes, all AUFX apps will have the same limiter (except for a future dedicated Compressor and Limiter app).

  • Great, thanks.

Dear Apple, please stop reviewing fart apps and have this out before the iTunes shutdown :)

  • And it's here! https://itunes.apple.com/app/id781852954?mt=8

And I'm working on an update with a built-in spectrum analyzer :)

  • Nice! Downloading now.

    Nice :)

  • Finally! Just gave it a brief try, sounds lovely.

  • I like this a lot, along with your other apps

  • Love these apps!

  • @j_liljedahl any chance we could get midi control on bypass for dub and space? I'm using effects with momentary push buttons and having midi control the bypass on peakq is awesome.
